About us

We are 2 friendly families from the Netherlands who have always vacationed together to sunny Spain. The country really captured our hearts. The wonderful climate with the large number of hours of sunshine, the friendly people and the rich culture.

After years of dreaming we have finally taken the step and are going to make our dream come true in the sunny south. We are going to settle in San Fulgencio on the beautiful Costa Blanca South to start a keyholding/holiday rental business.
We came to this idea through our own experience renting out our apartment.
With this, we found out that reliable keyholding is very important; after all, you are handing over the care of your home.

Who we are

Bjorn & Wendy form a family with 2 children. Bjorn has a technical background and has worked in the automotive, Wendy has years of experience in the service industry and is happy to answer all your questions.

Patrick & Wendy are a family with 2 children. Patrick has been working in the automotive and has entrepreneurship in his blood, he has a lot of experience in running a company. Wendy completes the picture with her extensive knowledge of the financial world, she can therefore provide you with advice on all fronts.

Together we make up the team of " Esperanza Del Sol " We are here to take care from A to Z for owners of vacation homes and companies that could use some help.
