'Across the street' from the apartment complex - about 7 min walk is a supermarket 'Mas y Mas' - a Belgian butcher- bakery- laundry.

It is a cozy Spanish place with nice restaurants- cheap and exclusive, also Spanish terraces and a cozy square. Meanwhile, the place is expanding considerably and there is also a lot of new construction under development.

There is a family doctor-police office and City Hall which also has lots of information about festivities-that's what Spaniards like to do.

By car there is much within a 15-20 min drive such as beautiful large and small beaches 🏖️, several beautiful golf courses ⛳️ and shopping malls 🛍️ such as a large La Zenia in Torrevieja which is well worth it.
