Our apartment is located in san miguel de salinas. It is a brand new apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator near the cozy Torrevieja.

The apartment consists of a living room, luxury fitted kitchen including dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.

Also, the apartment has a nice ground floor terrace of 5 m2 with 2 pieces of reclining chairs.

Everything is provided for guests, such as:

The apartment complex has a swimming pool and children's pool for common use.

50 meters away is a supermarket and at (5 km) is the Zenia Boulevard, with its many stores.

Many nice restaurants and the vast beaches of Playa Flamenga, Playa Zenia, Playa Cabo Riog are also within 5 km. All year round there is a lot of activity around and around Torrevieja (6 km).

Only 30 min from Alicante airport. Murcia, Elche and Alicante 30-45 minutes and Valencia 2 hours by car.

Compulsory final cleaning to be paid at reservation (Euro 100). Deposit (Euro 250) to be paid in cash to the manager.

Check-in from 3:00 pm and check-out no later than 10:00 am.
